Edison Ivy Rader McCall December 29, 1998 - February 26, 2019

Edison Ivy Rader McCall, 20 of Brevard passed away unexpectantly on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at her home.  A lifelong native of Brevard and of Samish Indian decent she was the daughter of Kathleen Dolores McCall.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Beatrice and Gilbert Holden, Sr.

Ivy graduated from Rosman High School and attended Blue Ridge Community College where she aspired to become a lawyer.  She worked for several years at Bojangles, a job she greatly enjoyed.  Ivy loved to dance and enjoyed hiking and camping. She had a zest for life and loved spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her mother, she leaves behind her brother, Ethan “Fide” McCall; long-time father figure, Richard Galloway; aunt, Gerry Banks of Maine; adopted grandparents, Barry and Phyllis Miller of Brevard and many cousins and friends.

Private services will be held.
